### Shipping & Delivery Policy

All orders for our handcrafted crystal and aromatherapy jewelry are processed within **1–3 business days** (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed, and another notification with tracking details once it has shipped.

#### 2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We ship internationally via trusted cross-border direct lines and postal express services. 

- **United States**: 7–12 business days
- **European Union**: 8–15 business days
- **Japan & Korea**: 5–10 business days
- **Rest of the World**: 10–20 business days

*Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing, weather conditions, or local carrier logistics.*

#### 3. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your **tracking number**. You can track your package directly through the link provided or via our website.

WalkTree is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
